TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E4 OF 2020 By (I) Mugambi Mugao Mburi and (2) Nyaga Mugao Mburi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugao Mburi M'Kigwanja, who died at Gakinya Mutino, on 19th August, 2006. CAUSE No. El OF 2021 By Antony Gitong Peter, of PD. Box 75, Marima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mutegi, who died at Kaanwa, Tungu River, on 7th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
