TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 16 OF 2019 By Pamela Gwavoga Simiyu, of P.O. Box 100, Kamukuywa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Simiyu Namasambu, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 2017. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2021 By (1) Ali Hamisi Jefwa and (2) Suleiman Hamisi Jefwa, both of P.O. Box 754, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khamis Jefwa Ngala, who died at Mavueni. on 25th October, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
