TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in CiwsE No. 158 OF 2019 By ( I ) Evangeline Wanjira Njoka and (2) Ezekiah Kimani M'Kuma, both of P.O. Box 5489, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngai Mum wa Kuma, who died at Guru Nanak Hospital in Kenya, on I st January, 2014. CAUSE No. E2 OF 2021 By Francis Njuki Guku, of P.O. Box 1, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitu Guku, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 7th October, 1981. CAUSE No. E61 OF 2021 By Consolata Gaturi Njiru, of P.O. Box 40-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Njiru Jonathan, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 28th January, 2019. CAUSE No. E67 OF 2021 By (I) Wilson Muturi Njagi and (2) Jane Muthoni Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ph iris Kaari Njagi, who died at Kairuri, on 13th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
