TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E58 OF 2021 By Jane Wambui Gacharei, of P.O. Box 1148, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Gacharei, late of Kabari, Kirinyaga, who died at A.C.K., Mt. Kenya Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August CAUSE No. E150 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Muriuki Ngamione and (2) Jane Wangeci Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 348, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngamione Gatumu, late of Kerugoya, Kirinyaga, who died at Nduini, on 25th November, 1999. CAUSE No. E152 OF 2021 By (I) Moses Muthee Mbaiyi and (2) Tabitha Mumbi, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letteris of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbaiyi Kamicha, late of Mutira, Kirinyaga, who died at Kiaga, on 5th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. By Erick Mugendi Murithi, of P.O. Box 194, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peterson Murithi Kiura Karugano, who died at Ngerwe Sub- location, on 19th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
