TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By Samuel Kangethe Nganga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Waithera Nganga, who died at Kalimoni Sub-location, on 19th June, 2019. CAUSE No. E12 OF 2020 By George Geoffrey Mukuria Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnn Gathu Ngugi, who died at St. James Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd Februaiy, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
