TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 41 OF 2018 By Naumi Kitondo Mulyungi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulyungi Mulindu, who died at Kairungu Sub-location, on 18th August, 2003. CAUSE No. E24 OF 2020 By Ann Nduku Kinyambu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Gitene Kimando, who died at Meridian Equator Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
