TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 215 OF 2020 By (1) Johnson Amayamo Andaro and (2) Charles Sande Amuko, the deceased's brother and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andalo Ingati Ambe, who died at Esirulo Sub-location, on 29th November, 2004. CAusE No. 264 OF 2020 By (1) Salome Ngesa Munani and (2) Samwel Machiwa, the deceased's daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esiraba Esiraba, who died at Emusire Sub-location, on 29th November, 1964. CAUSE No. 53 OF 2021 By Joshua Olao Sibiyia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Sibiyia Osoko, who died at Ekwanda Sub-location, on 21st February, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
