TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 10 OF 2021 By Paul Odundo Amollah, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariko Amollo Odera alias Mariko Amolo, who died at Nyawita Nursing Home, on 9th August, 1994. CAUSE No. E30 OF 2021 By Susanah Odikinyi Auch, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Nelson Auch Wagome, who died at West Karateng, on 22nd February, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
