TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E46 OF 2020 By Bahati Mwaro Baya, of P.O. Box 121, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaro Baya Kaniki, who died at Matsangoni, on 11th November, 1993. CAUSE No. E88 OF 2020 By (1) Dama Diribu Koi and (2) Sidi Kaingu Koi, both of P.O. Box 29, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Diribu Koi Katanga alias Thiribu Koi, who died at Kibarani Sub-location, Kilifi, on 27th July, 1996. CAUSE No. 76 OF 2021 By (1) Mwenda Fondo Kalama and (2) Karisa Kalama Fondo, the deceased's daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalama Fondo, who died on 12th January, 1982. CAUSE No. E80 OF 2021 By Samuel Menza Dena, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kayaa Ngari, who died on 17th July, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
