CAUSE No. 94 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Nduku Maweu and (2) Charles Kyalo Maweu, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Maweu Ndiku, late of Masinga Location, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2018. CAUSE No. 110 OF 2021 By Philip Mwilu Mutemi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kavengele Mutemi Mbuko, who died at Kyasioni, Yatta, on 30th November, 2001.
