TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E126 OF 2020 By Mwanzia Musyoka, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoka Kitungu, who died at Kitui, on 12th March, 2010. CAUSE No. E21 1 OF 2020 By (1) Nzoki Kitongu and (2) Mwangangi Kitongu, both of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kitongu Kimanzi, who died at Kitui, on 12th July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
