Box 323-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martha Chepkoskey alias Tapsabei w/o Kipterer, who died at Kapseger, on 19th May, 1975. CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Kipkemoi Bii and (2) Johana Maritim Bii, both of P.O. Box 723, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibii arap Mabwai alias Kibii Mabwai, who died at Cheboin, on 5th May, 2005. CAUSE No. E38 OF 2021 By (1) Joshua Rotich and (2) Joseah Rotich, both of P.O. Box 105, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Sawe Bongo, who died at Litein Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
