TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2021 By Bomes Chepkoech Bore, of P.O. Box 119-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kipronp Bore, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2018. CAUSE No. E27 of 2021 By David Kipkurui Maritim, of P.O. Box 19-20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maritim Mibei, who died at Kipchimchim Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2004. The Court'will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
