TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 67 OF 2020 By Sigolastika Chelimo, of P.O. Box 1088, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sebastiano Kimelil Too, who died at Mt. Elgon Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2013. CAUSE No. 97 OF 2020 By (I) Lily Bonareri Oyaro and (2) Pamela Basweti Oyaro, both of P.O. Box 943-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bethuel Nyakundi Oburu, who died at Sitatunga Sub-location, on 7th December, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
