TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 471 OF 2020 By Samwel Onkeo Obae, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Obae Motanu, who died on 23rd June, 2014. CAUSE No. 112 OF 2021 By Linet Nyaboke Giteri, of P.O. Box 412-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Guto Bogonko alias Samwel Machuka Guto, who died on 2nd June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
