TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 27 OF 2021 By Khamisi Kazungu Msanzu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Musanzu Thoya alias Kazungu Msanzu Thoya, who died at Mtondia, on 26th December, 2002. CAUSE No. 44 OF 2021 By Mariamu Sonje Karima, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sonje Karima, who died at Chumani, on 14th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2021 By Benson Charo Kenga, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dama Kenga Karisa, who died on 6th November, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 82 OF 2021 By (1) Kache Baya Mjema, (2) Zubeda Ngala Mwagandi and (3) Kenga Ngala Mwagandi, the deceased's widow, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngala Mkamba Mwagandi, who died at Takaungu, on 28th August, 1995. CAUSE No. E86 OF 2021 By (1) Katana Bahatisha Munga and (2) Francis Mwalimu Bahatisha, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bahatisha Munga Jeno, who died at Vyambani, Kilifi on 9th October, 1999.
