TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 95 OF 2019 By Charles Gathogo Kagema, of P.O. Box 58, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagema Kihia, who died on 17th July, 1983. CAUSE No. MC 6 OF 2021 By Anna Wambui Kariuki, of P.O. Box 512-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kabiru Muchiri alias Kabiru Muchiri, who died on 20th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
