TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 88 OF 2020 By Christopher Onyango Odhiambo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Odhiambo Okelo, who died at Yiro West, on 24th April, 2009. CAUSE No. 74 OF 2021 By Benjamin Gilbert Oluoch Otieno, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Roselida Adhiambo Olawo, who died at Bama Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
