TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E7 OF 2021 By ( I ) Benson Mwaniki Kitheka and (2) Christine Mwikali Kitheka, both of P.O. Box 40-80503, Mpeketoni in Kenya, the deceased's grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Wairimu Ndung'u, who died at Landless Area, Thika, on 30th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
