IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (1) and (4)
read together with section 31 (d) of the County Governments Act and
pursuant to Article 43 (1) (a), I, Hassan Ali Joho, the Governor of
Mombasa County direct:
THAT Utange Dispensary be an established Outreach Centre of
Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital to ensure the Residents
of Mombasa County access to the highest attainable standard of
Health.
ISSUED under my Hand and the Seal of the County Government
of Mombasa at the Governor‘s Office, Mombasa this 3rd day of May,
