APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution, as read with sections 30 (2) (d), (e) and 35 of the
County Governments Act, 2012, and upon approval by the Makueni
County Assembly in its 44th session of the second County Assembly
held on the the 3rd May, 2021, I, Kivutha Kibwana (Prof.), Governor
of Makueni County, appoint the person named in the first column of
the Schedule, to be a member of the Makueni County Executive
Committee responsible for the matters respectively specified in the
second column of the Schedule.
