NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the liquidation of Eastern Rift Sawmills Limited (the ―Company‖) by the High Court was presented to the said court on 29th March, 2021 by Ollerai Investments Limited AND the Petition is directed to be heard before the High Court, Commercial and Tax Division sitting at Nairobi on 17th June, 2021 and any creditor or contributory of the Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the Petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose.
