TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2016 By Godfrey Chacha Moronge, of P.O. Box 43494–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moronge Motabo Moronge, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2021 By (1) Simon Charles Hemphill, of P.O. Box 348–80400, Mombasa in Kenya and (2) Michael Patrick Claude Hemphill, of 27, Kulgoa Road, Bellevue Hill, NSW 2023, Australia, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maia Sistare Hemphill, who died at Tigoni, on 16th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
