TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2021 By Valbai Manji Velani, of P.O. Box 81027–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s written will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Manji Velji Velani alias Manji Velji Parbat Velani, who died at Mkomani, on 3rd April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
