Box 20087–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutheki Muchonjoru, late of Mwaki Mugi Sub-location, who died there on 12th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2020 By (1) Josphat Gathii Macharia and (2) Ruth Nduta Macharia, both of P.O. Box 1571, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Gachangaga, late of Upper Hill, who died at Gathundia, on 29th September, 2005.
