TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 5 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Wangui Waithaka, (2) Joshua Waithaka Kuria and (3) Peter Mwangi Waithaka, all of P.O. Box 75099–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kuria Waithaka, late of Gatimu Location, who died in Ethiopia, on 10th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2020 By (1) Eunice Wambui Macharia and (2) Moses Macharia Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 392, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezron Njoroge Macharia, late of Weru Location, who died at District Hospital, Ol Kalou in Kenya, on 21st December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
