TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2020 By Caroline Cherono Someh, of P.O. Box 5690–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Guenter Walter Lange, who died at Bamburi, on 29th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2021 By (1) Rama Kilonzo Musyimi and (2) Joseph Idd Kilonzo, both of P.O. Box 80118–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harison Kilonzo Stephen, who died at Mariakani Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
