E321 OF 2021 By Jullie Nyanchera Mayoyo, of P.O. Box 20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Chelimo Mayoyo, late of Kamungei Sub-location, who died there on 15th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E347 OF 2021 By George Kiarie Kuria, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caterina Wamuhu Kuria alias Catelina Wamuhu Kuria, late of Njoro, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 8th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
