TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. MC 141 OF 2021 By Rosemary Wangari Njogu, of P.O. Box 361-2300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Njogu Kimonye alias Patrick Njogu Kamonye, who died at Nakuru, on 26th Janaury, 2018. CAUSE NO. 158 OF 2021 By Samson Mwangi Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 57, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabuu Gakuo Ndirangu, who died at Weru Location, on 20th February, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
