TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2021 By (1) Arabii Bakari Hinzano, (2) Uhuru Bakari Rarua, (3) Saida Bakari Mbai and (4) Aisha Bakari Rarua, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bakari Rarua Hinzano, who died on 25th November, 1989. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2021 By Esha Hilali Jabu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hilali Jabu Salmin, who died on 10th June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
