TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2020
By (1) David Njuguna Kamau and (2) James Churu Ng’ang’a, both
of P.O. Box 1209–00232, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ang’a Churu, who died at
Kiratina Location, on 17th February, 1973.
CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2021
By Fred Richu Muiruri, of P.O. Box 66920–00200, Nairobi in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Joseph Muiruri Cucu, who died on 2nd November, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
