TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2020 By (1) John Kimani Kamau and (2) Robert Gichuru Kamau, both of P.O. Box 582–00511, Ongata Rongai in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamau Kimani alias Kamau Kimani, who died at Kiuu, on 15th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2021 By Francis Mungai Wairera, of P.O. Box 54–00222, Uplands in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Njeri Wairera, who died at Kiambaa, Kiambu, on 18th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
