TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Naisenya Kabare and (2) James Kamami Kabare, both of P.O. Box 3990–00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Nganga Kabare, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
