TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2020 By (1) Jimmy Muthengi Nzila and (2) Monicah Ndungwa Nzila, both of P.O. Box 84, Mtito Andei in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nason Nzila Mulei, who died at Nthongoni Location, on 16th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2021 By Ninah Elizabeth Schulz, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helmut Schulz alias Helmut Schultz, who died at Makindu Nursing Home, on 29th June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
