E13 OF 2020 By (1) Michael Mutuku Muthwii and (2) Caroline Ndulu Muli, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthui Ngose, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 1990. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2020 By Magdalena Kalondu Musila, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mutungi Musila, who died at Donholm, on 29th January, 2009. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2021 By (1) Julian Nzisa Muovya and (2) Josephat Mwanthi Muovya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Muovya Mwanthi, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 15th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2021 By (1) Agnes Mueni Lazarus and (2) Richard Muange Nguta, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazarus Nguta, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2021 By Sophia Kavenya Mutwiwa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ancent Nguli Ndungwa, who died at Kisekini Sub-location, on 22nd May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2021 By Catherine Wavinya Mutuku, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emelda Mukulu Kasimu, who died at Kola, Machakos, on 30th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
