TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. 11 OF 2021
By Titus Kiio Syuma, of P.O. Box 57, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Syuma Mwanthale Musembi alias Syuma Mwathale, late of
Kisau, who died at M.D.H., on 11th September, 2012.
CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2021
By Julius Wambua Mangati, of P.O. Box 60, Kikima in Kenya, the
deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Kimolo Mangati alias Mulwa Mangati, late of Mavindu,
who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 29th May, 2005.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
