TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2010 By Isaka Wandete Washiali, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Otela Ashiali alias Odera Ashiali Abuyabo, who died at Mutoma, on 17th August, 1993. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2021 By George Apodo Oyoya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyoya Habuto, who died at Bushieni, on 29th September, 1999. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2021 By Harrison George Obanda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnstone Obanda Olumba alias Obanda Omurumba, who died at Mundeku Sub-location, on 5th November, 1989. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2021 By Charles Okongo Nabuto, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zablon Nabutu Omoro alias Nabuti Omoro alias Nabuto Omoro, who died at Imanga in 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
