TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 252 OF 2020 By Siphirosa Anangwe Ashiundu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okumu Muguna alias Joseph Okumu, who died at Khusiku Sub-location, on 19th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. 254 OF 2020 By Titus Atuto Luyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omusula Namuchera alias Musula Namuchela, who died at Mundeku Sub-location, on 23rd March, 1964. CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2021 By (1) Ronicah Rovega Abwoga and (2) Amos Otswele Mukolwe, the deceased’s brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mukhola Mukolwe, who died at Ebushitinji, on 21st April, 2019. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2021 By Zainabu Mutoro Fibanda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Salim Fubanda Ondiechi, who died at BCRH, on 14th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
