TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2021 By (1) Joel Wekesa Lumatete and (2) Josephat Marango Lumatete, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opicho Lumatete, who died at Kibisi Sub-location, on 14th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2021 By Jafetha Mukwa Jairo Wanyonyi, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jairo Wanyonyi Namasaka, who died at Kibisi Sub-location, on 29th July, 1970. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
