Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Plista Aduol Alala, who died on 10th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2021 By Ignatius Odhiambo Okore, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict Ochieng Okori alias Benedict Okore Ochieng alias Benedict Ochieng Okore, who died on 25th November, 2010. CAUSE NO. 28 OF 2021 By Zebedi Kumba Nyakutu, of P.O. Box 510, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicanor Nyakutu Ngoye alias Nicanor Nyakutu Ngowe, who died on 24th April, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
