TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 41 OF 2020 By (1) Sprosa Agogo Kimori and (2) Jared Awiti Kimori, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimori s/o Ochola alias Joab Kimori Ochola, who died on 15th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. 66 OF 2020 By (1) Janet Odundo and (2) Caroline Achieng, both of P.O. Box 295, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kepha Ouma Onyango alias Capher Odundo Onyango alias Capher Ouma Onyango, who died on 21st August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
