PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 28 of Baringo County Assembly Standing Orders, it is notified for information of the general 4:29 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 17th May, 2021 2164 2164 public that I, David K. Kiplagat, Speaker of Baringo County Assembly pronounces Tuesday, the 18th May, 2021 at 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. and Wednesday the 19th May, 2021 at 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. as days for special sittings at the Baringo County Assembly precincts in Kabarnet. The specified County Assembly business to be transacted at the sitting shall be— (a) Tabling of notice of motion for Budget and Appropriations Committee report on Second Supplementary budget for Financial Year 2020/2021. (b) Consideration of the report of the Public Accounts and Investments Committee on the report of the Auditor General on the Financial Statements of the Baringo County Executive for the period ended 30th June, 2016. (c) Consideration of the Report of the Budget and Appropriations Committee on the Second Supplementary Budget Estimates of the Baringo County Government for the Financial Year 2020/2021. (d) Consideration for the Second Supplementary Appropriations Bill, 2021. Accordingly, the business specified in this Notice shall be the only business before the County Assembly during the Special Sitting, following which the house stands adjourned for sine die pursuant to the adjournment motion dated the 6th May, 2021.
