IT IS notified for the general information of the public that the
Central Bank of Kenya has, pursuant to section 54 (1) (b) (v) of the
Kenya Deposit Insurance Act, 2012, appointed—
KENYA DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION
as Liquidator of Charter House Bank Limited, with effect from the 7th
May, 2021.
