APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Water Act, 2016, I, Alfred N. Mutua, Governor, County Government of Machakos, appoint— PHILIP MUTUA NDOLO as the Chairperson of the Kathiani Water and Sewerage Services Provider Board.
