REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Zawadi Developers Limited, (2) George Kamau Macharia and (3) Monicah Mukami Macharia, all of P.O. Box 60042, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.070 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 126/584, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
