REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kibiwott Sigoo (deceased), of P.O. Box 2430– 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret/Municipality Block 9/1320, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the High Court at Eldoret in succession case No. 275 of 2009 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of grant in favour of (1) Jane Jebichi Riaman (ID/3538377), (2) Nathan Kibett Sigoo (ID/23309003) and (3) Jackline Jepkogei Sigoo (ID/24327469), and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A 39 and L.R.A 42 and issue a land title deed in the name of John Kibiwott Sigoo and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Kibiwott Sigoo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
