GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4834

WHEREAS M’Arachi M’Mwarania alias Arachi Mwirichia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nyaki/Giaki-Kiburine/102, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession case No. 445 of 2013 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Angelina Mwiriki M’Tuaruciu and (2) Jefitha Kathurima, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of M’Arachi M’Mwarania alias Arachi Mwirichia (deceased) and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported as lost, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the names of (1) Angelina Mwiriki M’Tuaruciu and (2) Jefitha Kathurima and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Arachi M’Mwarania alias Arachi Mwirichia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
