THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abraham Ndalila Chichina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 15.5 hectares or thereabout, known as Kimilili/Kimilili/337, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the court at Bungoma in succession case No. 33 of 2016 has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Richard Wafula Ndalila and (2) Beatrice Naliaka Ndalila, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Abraham Ndalila Chichina (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Abraham Ndalila Chichina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
