APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS, by liquidation order dated 22nd April, 2013, I appointed Sospeter Mbugua, District Co-operative Officer, Kiambu to be liquidator for Kamahia Farmers Co-operative Society Limited (CS/635) in liquidation for a period not exceeding one (1) year and whereas the said Sospeter Mbugua, District Co-operative Officer, Kiam has not been able to complete the liquidation. NOW THEREFORE, I extend the period of liquidation with effect from the 23rd April, 2021, for another period not exceeding six (6) months to act as the liquidator on the matter of the said Co-operative Society. FURTHER, I am varying the appointment of the said Sospeter Mbugua, District Co-operative Officer, Kiambu who retired from active service on the 20th January, 2020 and appoint Bonaventure Fondo Nzovu, Principal Co-operative Officer, Nairobi, as the liquidator for Kamahia Farmers Co-operative Society Limited.
