NOTICE is given that a petition for the Insolvency/Liquidation of the above-named company is directed to be mentioned for compliance before the High Court sitting in Nairobi, Commercial and Tax Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 7th of June, 2021, before Hon. And that the said petition is directed to be heard on the heard before the High Court sitting in Nairobi, Commercial and Tax Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 1st July, 2021 and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of any order on the said petition may give notice to the petitioner’s advocate not later than 2.00 O’clock in the afternoon before the petition is to be heard and appear at the time of hearing, in person, or by his advocate, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
